Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy

DailyVichar

DailyVichar, operated by ARTHAIQ, offers premium subscriptions that allow users access to exclusive templates, features, and tools.

This Refund, Cancellation & Payment Policy governs all monetary transactions made through the DailyVichar platform and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.


1. Subscription Plans and Validity

DailyVichar offers the following subscription plans:

  • Monthly Plan: Valid for 30 days

Users may access premium content by selecting a subscription plan and paying the applicable fee.

All subscriptions are time-bound and non-transferable.


2. iOS Subscriptions (Apple App Store Payments)

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Renewal charges may occur up to 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  • Subscriptions must be managed or canceled through your Apple account settings.
  • DailyVichar does not control Apple billing systems.
  • Payments made prior to cancellation are non-refundable.

Any refund requests for Apple purchases must be submitted directly to Apple as per Apple’s refund policy.


3. UPI AutoPay Subscriptions (India-Specific)

DailyVichar facilitates recurring subscription transactions using UPI AutoPay in compliance with NPCI and RBI regulations.

  • Subscriptions may renew automatically up to 96 hours before expiry to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • If a payment fails, DailyVichar may retry charging your account for up to 20 days post-expiry.
  • If payment remains unsuccessful after retries, the subscription will be marked as canceled.
  • You may disable AutoPay through your UPI-enabled app.
  • On cancellation, subscription benefits remain active until the end of the paid billing period.
  • Payments made before cancellation are non-refundable.

4. Manual Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • Disabling AutoPay via your UPI or Apple account settings, or
  • Managing subscription settings within the DailyVichar app (if applicable)

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not terminate access immediately. Premium access continues until the end of the already paid billing cycle.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Partial usage
  • Early termination
  • Unused subscription period

5. Refund Policy

DailyVichar maintains a strict no-refund policy for all subscription purchases.

Exceptions may only be considered in cases of:

  • Duplicate transactions due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transactions verified after investigation
  • System billing errors attributable directly to DailyVichar

Refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of ARTHAIQ and are final.


6. Invoices and Payment Disputes

  • To request an invoice, email support@dailyvichar.in within 7 days of the transaction date.
  • All disputes must first be raised with DailyVichar’s support team before initiating a chargeback.
  • Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your account.

7. Taxation and Compliance

  • All subscription fees are inclusive of applicable Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless otherwise stated.
  • Transactions comply with applicable Indian financial, RBI, and NPCI regulations.
  • Users shall not deduct or withhold any taxes from the subscription amount.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in:

Indore, Madhya Pradesh

ARTHAIQ reserves the right to make the final and binding interpretation of the terms mentioned herein.
