This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ARTHAIQ ("DailyVichar", "we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, stores, processes, and discloses personal data of users who access or interact with the DailyVichar platform, including our website and mobile application ("Platform").

  • App usage logs and interaction analytics
  • Crash reports and diagnostics data
  • Session timestamps and login metadata

1.3 Payment Information

All payment transactions are processed by third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PhonePe, Paytm, or similar providers).

DailyVichar does not store:

  • Debit/Credit card numbers
  • CVV
  • UPI PIN
  • Net banking passwords

Payment data is governed by the respective payment provider’s privacy policy.

2. Purpose of Collection

We collect and process data for the following purposes:

  • Account login and OTP authentication
  • Service delivery, including quote generation and subscription access

We do not sell user data to third parties.
